In Person Worship Update!

What to expect if attending in person:

When entering the building, all persons must wear a mask. Masks are to be worn when walking around the building and in communal areas. However, masks can be lowered when seated in the designated areas of the sanctuary and/or seated in the overflow rooms. There will be two areas within the sanctuary; the left designated for those who do not wish to wear masks while sitting and the right designated for those who wish to wear masks the entire service. Please, let the ushers know which side of the sanctuary you wish to be seated. All additional seating outside of the sanctuary (fellowship hall and lower level sabbath school room) will require masks to be worn if not seated, but masks may be lowered if seated.

When entering the sanctuary, each member/guest will be ushered to a seat dependent on the mask preference and seating availability to allow for proper social distancing between families. If seating runs out in the sanctuary, then members/guests will be provided additional seating arrangements in the fellowship hall and/or the lower level sabbath school room. In these overflow room, the service will be viewed using a projector via online streaming.

Besides traveling around the church, masks will also be required to be worn during song services by ALL members/guests despite the location of seating. Masks can only be kept off if the member/guest chooses not to sing. An exception to this rule will only be given to the song leaders at the podium who may choose to take off their mask while singing. Additionally, masks will not be required of members/guests who speak at the podium.

These protocols will apply to ALL members/guests who are present in the church building. This includes but is not limited to Sabbath School and Worship Services. The leadership of the church will review these protocols on a monthly basis in coordination with the state and church conference guidelines.

The length of the church service will continue as normal with an addition of the introit and prayer response. The following will be the worship service schedule:
